Sustainably guaranteeing business success
In Europe, the “Levels of Excellence”, a harmonised recognition programme developed by EFQM, has existed since 2001. This programme has been developed in order to recognise the way to business excellence in clearly defined steps.

The organisations that do not want to take part in Austrian Quality Award yet or presently do not fulfil the requirements can apply for the international recognition “Committed to Excellence” or “Recognised for Excellence” independently from this.

Even during the contest for the Austrian Quality Award, all the applicants have the opportunity of being granted the international recognition “Committed to Excellence” or “Recognised for Excellence” by EFQM if they fulfil certain requirements (according to the findings made the Team of Assessors).

 creating a holistic picture of the organisation                      motivation to rethink the procedures for managing the organisation
